We collect information you provide directly to us, such as name, email, company and other profile data when registering on the platform. We also collect data related to the projects and IFC models you upload, including BIM element information, audit results and interactions. We may also collect technical data about platform usage (such as IP address, browser type, pages accessed and device identifiers) for security, fraud prevention and continuous service improvement.
We use your information to provide, operate, maintain and improve the Rosa platform, including model upload features, automated auditing, tracking dashboards and report generation. We also use your data to send communications related to audits and the progress of projects you participate in.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Your data may be shared with project team members you are linked to, exclusively for management and audit purposes, as well as with service providers acting on our behalf (such as hosting and email providers), always subject to contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
