1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using the Rosa platform, you fully agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Platform Description: Rosa is a digital platform by EBBIM for continuous automated auditing of IFC models, generating tracking dashboards and producing reports for the BIM process. The platform acts as an analysis tool and is not responsible for project decisions made based on its results.
3. Platform Use: You agree to use the platform only for legal and professional purposes. It is prohibited to upload malicious or third-party files without authorization, violate intellectual property rights or attempt to access systems, data or accounts improperly. EBBIM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. User Registration and Account: To use the platform, you need to create an account. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, maintain the confidentiality of login and password, and notify any unauthorized use of the account. EBBIM is not responsible for improper access resulting from user negligence.
5. IFC Model Upload: When uploading models to the platform, you declare that you own all rights to the submitted files or have authorization from the holder to use them. EBBIM is not responsible for the accuracy, quality or compliance of submitted models.
6. Intellectual Property: The user retains rights to the models and content submitted. By using the platform, the user grants EBBIM a non-exclusive license to store, process and display content within the context of platform services. This license is necessary for the system to function.
7. Audit Results: Rosa offers automated auditing of IFC models. However, it does not guarantee the completeness of results, is not responsible for project decisions based on analyses and does not ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibility for project decisions lies solely with the user.
8 to 14. Other Guidelines: EBBIM strives to keep the platform available but may experience instability. We are not responsible for data loss or indirect damages resulting from use.
